The boys are 6 yrs old now and they are healthy, crazy little comedians! They act crazy when company comes to visit and they will "ker-plunk" splash until the person acknowledges them and then they are happy.

You now your turtle is spoiled rotten when it'll hold still for you to wipe the left over slime from its slug snack off of its beak. Ewwww...never thought I'd do that.

Booger decided to thump around in his tank today - apparently he wants his time on the front porch. I'll switch he and Teddy out at lunch time so they both get some time.

I feed Bindi baby crickets, red earthworms, baby snails and mealworms. I soak her first to get her warm and ready to eat. It also stimulates her to eliminate. Your turtle will be 7-8 years old before you will know the sex. I'm hoping for a girl since my late hatchling that I raised is now 15 years old and is a male. He has been a bachelor long enough.

Bit of a shock today, discovered Pokey is a male. He's been pretty careful about hiding it. The goofy thing.

Had a surprise today of finding 2 eggs in Teddy's tank while unpacking the soil. Didn't puncture the eggs, but I'm telling you if looks could kill she'd would have mauled me.
