My map tutle's shell has white patches on it.  It has just gotten real bad recently and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what is going on.  It is not shell rot and his shell is very hard.  When he sheds it comes off but returns.  My female does not have the problem.  Here is a picture.  Any suggestions would be helpful/
