Sweaterboxes are GREAT!

I just took a big under the bed sweaterbox, minus the top, added a few inches of water, some amquel+ , made a basking platform w/ some small leftover 4 inch by 6 (approx) patio pavers & made a little cave with the pavers too. put it in our screened in porch half in the sun and half out, the turtles love it. before when they got some sun, they either were in a tiny box & they hated it, or they roamed the porch, but with no water. this was so easy, it'll be easy to dump the water too. love the sweater box, never used it for clothes anyway!! lol

a few inches of water is not near enough for aquatic species, for land species its horrible as well
