I def see redness on the bottom of the shell, ofc the scrap on its neck.I'm pretty sure this turtle needs a vet visit. Redness on the bottom maybe under scute infection. Maybe even shell rot, which could be due to shedding. when a turtle starts to shed, the scutes start lifting up or getting loose. Sometimes water gets trapped under there. If there are bacteria in the water, then they've found a perfect place to breed and cause trouble. It will and can get worse without a vet visit. The scrap could be due to her trying to get the skin off with her claws which can become infected if not taken care of.
