Turtle has blood marks on the plastron. Please help!

Hi. I am concerned about what looks like blood on the plastron of my turtle. He is one years old, eating and behaving normally and hasn't been dropped. Please can you have a look at the picture i've attached and let me know what the problem is? Any help would be great.P6150167.jpg

Your turtle needs to get to the vet ASAP. If you do not have a reptile vet, many people have used www.localvet.com with success. Do not delay as I suspect your turtle has septicemia (blood poisoning) which, if left untreated, is fatal. what you are seeing on its plastron are classic symptoms.
